First They Take Sderot, Then They Take Ashkelon

Paraphrasing Leonard Cohen, Israel just goes from bad to worse. First the Arabs have "taken" Sderot, then they've "taken" Gilad Shalit and now they've "taken" Ashkelon:

A Qassam rocket landed at the center of the southern city of Ashkelon for the first time on Tuesday evening, hitting a school but not causing any injuries.

The rocket traversed the longest distance of a projectile ever launched from the Gaza Strip.

A rocket hit the Ashkelon cemetery last week, and it is estimated that it flew a distance of 10 km.

But, we told you so.

And on that BBC show I was on Sunday, I later saw an interview with Fuad Ben-Eliezer and he reminded me of which I had forgotten - when the Arabs protested the destroying of their electric stations, weren't they trying to do the same by firing at the electric power plant in Ashkelon? Who are they kidding?
