The Partial Truth Does Fit into the NYTimes

Here is the partial truth,

Hamas says that if Israel returns to 1967 boundaries, allows Palestinian refugees and their families to return to their pre-1948 homes and recognizes Palestine, it will offer a 15-to-20-year truce. [Funny, just last month, it was a 10-year offer]

Why partial?

Because in the next sentence there is no analysis or explanation what will happen after that so-called 'truce', what has happened over the past 20 years in the wake of other similar 'truces' and whta is the historical-religious implications of any 'truce'

Would you like to know why the Hamas truce is not worth the paper it’s printed on? Go here to read Robert Spencer who is a scholar of Islamic history, theology, and law and the director of Jihad Watch. He is the author of six books, seven monographs, and hundreds of articles about jihad and Islamic terrorism. Or go here for CAMERA's summary. For a 1772 opinion, i.e., pre-Zionism and Israel, go here.

Why can't the NYTimes do what I did?
