Together with Yehiel Leiter, who moderates this clip, I and others of the Yesha Council Foreign Desk worked to bring the message of a renewed Jewish presence in our historic homeland.
The clip was made in early 1992, between the terror attacks around the Madrid Conference at what is now Rechalim at the end of October 1991 and Israel's Independence Day, 1992.
