Rabbi Grossman vs. Chabad? He Paid; She Said

I noted earlier that the American fundraiser for Rabbi David Grossman (and the Rabbi is the aunt of the murdered Rivki Holtzberg) made a rather unfortunate statement for which I have been given an indication circuitously than he regrets (and why he can't contact me directly I don't know).

Now, it seems, there is more brewing in the realm of PR in this matter. Who allows the orphan's nanny to appear before which media?

This story:

...the family has decided that "it is important that the people of Israel know what happened there," and have therefore decided to grant interviews [by the nanny] to Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, Channel 2 and CNN, which will be aired at the end of this week (see here).

Sources at the Chabad movement in Israel, which until now has accompanied the family and organized last week's public funeral for the couple, expressed discomfort at family members' behavior. They said it was Rabbi David Grossman of Migdal Ha'emek, the brother-in-law of Rivkah Holtzberg's father, who sponsored Samuel's arrival in Israel, and who should determine which news outlets are given interviews.

You mean: he paid, she said?
