The Right Time For Eyes

The following poster I snapped at the Psagot Gas Station Junction.

It's an advert for laser operation for your eyes, to remove the need for glasses:

but, since it's directed at a religious crowd, and specifically the residents of Tel Tzion, a more Hareidi crowd, the relevant text that caught my eye reads:

"The Best Time for Glasses Removal is the 'In-Between Time' (*)

Special Group Rates During the Month of Nissan

You Set the Monthly Payback Payments"

(*)

In Yeshiva terminology, the holiday period during the month of Nissan and the Three Weeks in Tammuz/Av and the month of Tishrei when there is no school learning.
