Wrong Words

Seymour D. Reich, a former past chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations and affiliated with the radical Israel Policy Forum who spilled the beans of Olmert's "tired" phrase.

He is, personally, a very nice gentleman and he was active on behalf of Jonathan Pollard at one point.

He has a letter in today's NYTimes semi-defending Benjamin Netanyahu, writing,

...if President Obama’s diplomatic efforts and subsequent tougher sanctions fail, then the president and the world should understand and support Israel’s engagement in military action, if it so undertakes, to halt or delay Iran’s capability of dropping a nuclear bomb on Tel Aviv.

But then he adds something quite odd:

One Holocaust is enough for the Jewish people.

Actually, Seymour, even one holocaust was much too much for the Jewish people.
