If I Was Sarah Palin's Speechwriter

The nuclear war between Sarah Palin and Barack Obama continues.

As we know:

Sarah Palin had launched the first strike Wednesday on the Sean Hannity Show when she criticized President Obama's nuclear policy by stating that the revamped nuclear strategy, saying it was like a child in a playground who says 'punch me in the face, I'm not going to retaliate."

The next day, President Obama replied, "I really have no response to that. The last I checked, Sarah Palin is not much of an expert on nuclear issues."

On Friday, in a wide ranging speech before the Southern Republican Leadership Conference that criticized a number of Obama administration policies, Sarah Palin referred to President Obama's "--all that vast nuclear expertise he acquired as a community organizer, a part-time senator and a candidate for president."

I would have added a special spin on that community organizer comment, something like:

The only thing nuclear Obama knows is from him experience as a community organizer having to deal with the fallout from the breakdown of nuclear families.

Of course, that could be criticized as beyond the limitations of proper discourse but heck, politics is not the most cleanest of occupations.

Yeah, given that Palin's the one with the daughter who slept around (presumably without proper protection) and is now a single mom, that may not work out so well for her.

At any rate, Obama is one of the rare presidents/presidential candidates to NOT have personally contributed to the destruction of the institution of marriage;

Neither has much first-hand experience with nuclear weapons issues. However, I rather suspect Obama has experienced advisors to rely on. I rather doubt Ms. Palin has the same access to a body of knowledge on that score. I might add as well that from what I have seen of the two of them, Obama is better equipped intellectually to deal with complex issues.
