Can someone fax them [(202) 226-7269] my posts on the financial assistance to the PA via the US Consulate-General distributed in quite a discriminatory fashion, to the detriment of Jews?

Why do the programs of the Jerusalem US Consulate General ignore and discriminate Jewish residents of the territories under the jurisdiction of the CG as regards programs for democracy, sport, culture, science, etc.

Example: "Applicants must be a Palestinian resident in Jerusalem, the Gaza Strip, or the West Bank"
