Haaretz's Freudian Slip

In a story on the attempts of Migron residents to purchase land from Arabs (and yes, that's odd since there was an earlier claim that the land belonged to them), I caught this in Haaretz:

Cuurrently, Migron residents are asking for the public’s health in the campaign entitled “4 amot [a halakhic term, measurement of 2 meters] for 400 shekels” in order to fund further purchases.

Really:

Health?  Like in sanity?

That the sane thing to do is have Jews residing on land in the Jewish national homeland.

How much land buying is going on and why isn't there more?
