Is Peace Now Happy Now?

Peace Now is on the warpath over expenditures to Judea and Samaria.

They must be so happy over this expense:

The Knesset's Finance Committee approved funds amounting to NIS 11 million ($2.76 million) for various Israeli operations in the West Bank. In a Monday budget meeting held shortly after the vote on the new economic measures, the committee approved NIS 8.3 million ($2 million) for settlement relocations in the West Bank, out of which NIS 2.7 million ($680,000) were appropriated for "settlement infrastructure."

Or are they Peeve Now?
